+ Positivo: Apartamento reformado, urbanización cerca de playa con casi todo (piscina, chiringuito, pistas de deporte, barbacoa, restaurantes cerca, tranvía cerca, aparcamiento sencillo -explanadas fuera del recinto). Por parte de Marcos solucionó todos los problemas que estaban en su mano para hacernos la estancia más cómoda, se agradece mucho.- Negativo: 2º piso sin ascensor, instalación de butano, sólo 1 llave para el inquilino.El balance, como se puede deducir, es muy bueno.
